We also have the capability to manufacture new or replacement teeth for your machinery. This is done in our facility with the same precision and quality as the original teeth. We can also provide support for machining keyways and splines on the new or existing teeth to ensure proper fit.
Industrial Gear Works has a full time weld engineer on board to determine the best procedure for your gear repair with certified welders to see through the repair. Industrial Gear Works also offers certified NDE level III as well to locate defects, make sure defects are fully removed, and a sound repair is reassured with final inspection.
